This article paints an in-depth study of sports structures across the globe, focusing on France, Italy, Germany, England, Spain, and Argentina, while juxtaposing them with the Moroccan dynamic. Morocco, transitioning from sports sponsorship to more structured entities, offers a captivating contrast. France oscillates between various structures, Italy favors franchise-type partnerships, while Germany leans on a balance between associative and private ownerships. England and Spain gravitate towards corporate models, and Argentina steers towards a franchise system. Adopting a qualitative methodology centered on comparison and inductive reasoning, we conclude that despite national singularities, universal trends emerge. Morocco, in its quest for professionalization, stands at a crossroads, seeking to incorporate best practices while honoring its cultural heritage and socio-economic nuances.
