Abstract

The implementation of an ERP is a major project that requires the full involvement of the top management, the project manager and future users. The first two, given the sensitivity of their respective statutes, tend to take things seriously, especially since this is a project that consumes huge amounts of money and an important time slot. However, in most cases, users remain isolated, or in the best situations modestly involved in the project. This has led us to examine the determinants of the acceptance of ERP by the employees of a public institution. To do this, we will perform a first test of the TAM2 (Venkatesh and Davis, 2000) before the implementation of the ERP, in order to decide on the determinants likely to facilitate the acceptance of this ERP by its future users.
