The development of tourism in a locality depends on several essential elements, notably stability; to say that tourism finds it difficult to evolve in an unstable situation and in a threatened geographical space. Indeed, it is obvious, even very obvious that tourism remains very sensitive to the political instability of a country, to wars, in short to many disturbances of all types. In territories where internal conflicts are present or recurrent crises, tourism quickly becomes a fragile target. As such, internal tourism communication could help maintain this sector, which in a context of crisis is gradually deteriorating. However, in this study, we found several cases in the processing of information and communication in conflict areas that hinder tourist communication, in other words, the promotion of the product as a territory. The objective of this article is to analyze the difficulties related to the communication of tourism in a conflict zone through a diagnosis of the inter-conflict tourism relationship in the municipalities of ziguinchor and djembering. Here, the methodology used remains mixed on the basis of a hypothetico-inductive approach. To do this, our work will be structured according to the IMRAD method, emphasizing the role and involvement of tourism stakeholders in communication, geopolitical issues and the impact of media treatment in this part of the country.
